Honest reviews of foreign university campuses opening in India, what they promise, and whether they deliver.

Under the UGC's 2023 framework, foreign universities can now open fully owned campuses in India for the first time. Southampton, Deakin, and Wollongong are already teaching. More than a dozen others, from Liverpool to UNSW Sydney, are opening between 2026 and 2027. This is where those campuses get the same honest, on-the-ground treatment as any Indian university.
